Taking World Regional Geography helped me understand global affairs and sociocultural elements of different nations. An intense study explaining nations' physical, cultural, and political structures. Elements such as climate, natural resources, economic development, and population patterns were explained throughout the course.

Taking Contemporary International Problems improved my knowledge of how Globalization has affected culture and religion and influences politics, economics, and even climate change. The primary topic is security, cyber security, and how nations behave around it.
INR 4075
Taking International Protection of Human Rights was the course that helped me pursue my certificate in human rights. At the end of the course, I created awareness, my knowledge in history and currents events regarding human rights increase. Taking this course opened the door for me to research underdeveloped countries where human rights violations happen the most.
CCJ 4694
Taking a Human Trafficking course was a great experience. I chose CCJ4694 after taking INR 4075; I wanted to narrow my research in human rights and focus on human trafficking; after taking this course, I applied to an internship with an NGO that focuses on Human Trafficking; this course helped me understand how to advocate for human trafficking, the awareness and the necessary steps that must be taken to help victims, it also increases my curiosity in what the government is doing to prevent Human Trafficking.
